West Ham travel to Griffin Park to take on Brentford in the 2 o’clock Premier League kick-off this afternoon.
The Hammers have been in decent form in the Premier League of late, having won three of our last five games.
A win today for David Moyes’s men would take us above Arsenal into fifth place in the table.

The Best XI Already NOT Going To The 2022 World Cup
Brentford, meanwhile, have won three out of their last five as well. And last time out, Thomas Frank’s side beat Chelsea 4-1 at Stamford Bridge after a truly brilliant performance.
The West Ham players will have to be at their very best if we are to get a result against Brentford today. The west London outfit beat us 2-1 in the reverse fixture at the London Stadium earlier this season.
The chance to go fifth should be more than enough to get the Hammers right up for this one though.
West Ham starting lineup vs Brentford confirmed
David Moyes has selected another extremely strong side.
The Scot doesn’t have many options and his best starting XI almost picks itself.
Lukasz Fabianski comes back in for 29-year-old Alphonse Areola whilst Vladimir Coufal comes in for Ryan Fredericks, 29. Manuel Lanzini returns to the start lineup as well in place of Said Benrahma.

With Lyon away on the horizon, some people might think that the West Ham players could have their minds elsewhere this afternoon.
Moyes will undoubtedly have them fully focused on today’s game though.
Three points will be an absolute must against Brentford today, if we are to have any hopes of finishing inside the top four. In truth though, even a top six finish may be hard to come by if we fail to beat the Bees.
And the West Ham starting lineup selected vs Brentford should have more than enough to win the match.
