West Ham starting lineup vs Brentford:
Lukasz Fabianski, Vladimir Coufal , Craig Dawson, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell, Emerson, Declan Rice, Lucas Paqueta, Said Benrahma, Jarrod Bowen, Gianluca Scamacca
West Ham welcome Brentford to the London Stadium tonight for a game that is vitally important to David Moyes’s future.
The Hammers are in all sorts of trouble at the moment and are currently sitting just outside the relegation zone, having taken just 14 points from our opening 16 Premier League games.
Meanwhile, Brentford have impressed this season. Thomas Frank has guided his side to 10th place in the table, just four points adrift of the European places.
Tonight will be a very tough game indeed, and the players Moyes has selected will need to be 100 per cent on their games, if we are to get a result…
West Ham starting lineup vs Brentford
Moyes has made three changes from the defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates on Monday night.
In come Emerson, Ogbonna and Scamacca in place of Thilo Kehrer, Tomas Soucek and Michail Antonio.
Nothing less than a win will do tonight.
It will be vital for the players to take the game to Brentford from the very first whistle. Another slowly paced, passive performance will not be good enough.
Hopefully Moyes has given the players instructions to go out there and put on a proper attacking show.
