Antony is now back in Man United training after missing the Bournemouth game with a minor injury.

Manchester United Football Club had to take on Bournemouth without Antony’s services last time out, with the Brazil international missing with a knock.

The absence of the £80m+ star raised eyebrows, particularly after a couple of poor performances since returning from the World Cup.

Many hinted to Erik ten Hag dropping the former Ajax man, when instead, he was just dealing with an issue.

Well, United have since been given an injury lift, with the star spotted back in training after missing the Bournemouth game. No doubt Antony is in contention for the FA Cup home game against Everton tomorrow evening.

Check out the video of Antony back in training here:

Antony started life in Manchester with a bang, scoring a class goal against Arsenal to send United on their way in that game.

The Brazil international has continued to blow and hot and cold since. He also missed some time with an injury before heading to the World Cup with his country.

It’s easy to forget that this guy is still so young. Aged just 22, Antony will show that inconsistency of youth. It’s just natural.

At the end of the day, it’s our job as fans to keep behind Antony. He’s moving to a new country, playing in a new league and trying to perform with the pressures of playing for arguably the biggest club in the world. That’s not an easy position to be in for anyone.

I still firmly believe he’ll come good. The skill, flair and natural ability is there for all to see. All he needs is that little bit of belief.
