Tottenham Hotspur projected 11 for trip to Aston Villa on Saturday

Tottenham look forward to a titanic occasion on Saturday when they visit Aston Villa in hope of retaining fourth spot come the end of the weekend.

What a week for Tottenham’s top four bid. Arsenal’s shock 3-0 thrashing at Palace along with Tottenham’s dominant home victory has the Lilywhites in fourth place on goal difference going into the weekend’s action.

Antonio Conte has navigated the high-pressure terrain expertly and has no new injury concerns. Japhet Tanganga is out for the rest of the season with a knee problem, while there is still no specific timeline for Oliver Skipp’s return.

Those hopeful within the camp suggest he might be able to return at some capacity for the Brentford match on April 23. Though nothing has yet been confirmed.

Ryan Sessegnon and Sergio Reguilon are making good progress and could be available for Saturday, though neither will start. Both injured wingbacks have been training on their own and while close, can’t be expected to return to the first team in the Midlands.

Here’s Tottenham’s starting team for the gigantic contest against Steven Gerrard’s Villa.
