Henry Winter has been pushing the same old tired rhetoric of West Ham ace Declan Rice joining Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old has been outstanding for the Hammers this season. In fact, he has been brilliant for the past three seasons now and Manchester United have long been interested in signing him.

Man United allegedly want to bring Rice to Old Trafford from the London Stadium in the summer transfer window according to The Telegraph.
He won’t come cheap though, with West Ham thought to be demanding around £150 million for Rice’s services (The Daily Mail).
Your Club’s SURPRISE Star This Season
Dec is priceless to the Hammers. David Moyes will be absolutely desperate to keep him at the club. Rice is the best player in his specific position in the Premier League, if not the world.
Should a massive club come knocking for the 23-year-old with a serious cash offer though, the Hammers may well find it hard to rebuff their advances.
Henry Winter pushes Declan Rice transfer
The Times journalist has made a habit of urging Manchester United to sign Declan Rice from West Ham in the summer transfer window.
Man United are incredibly weak in the middle of the park and Dec has absolutely everything that they are currently lacking.
Winter took to Twitter last night and suggested that the Hammers ace would be the perfect summer addition for Manchester United:
Henry Winter has got this one badly wrong on Declan Rice.
Why on earth would the 23-year-old leave West Ham to join Manchester United at the moment.
They are an absolute car crash of a football club at the moment. They have no Champions League football on offer and they are a good three of four years behind Manchester City and Liverpool in terms of being able to challenge for the Premier League title.
If Rice leaves West Ham for a club in England it would surely be to join one of the top two sides. Manchester United have no chance of signing him in my opinion. Not this summer anyway.
Hopefully the West Ham board show some real ambition in the summer and back David Moyes to the hilt in the transfer market. Perhaps that would convince Dec to stay at the London Stadium for one more season at least.
And we truly believe he wont be going anywhere bear Old Trafford for the time being.
Henry Winter really does need to stop pushing the idea of Declan Rice joining Manchester United. It’s becoming rather tiresome.
