West Ham United have reportedly made an enquiry to sign Bryan Reynolds from AS Roma this summer.

And a deal to bring Bryan Reynolds to West Ham should be an easy one to complete according to La Repubblica.

The East London outfit have already been heavily linked with a move to bring the Roma full-back to the London Stadium this summer.

Hammers manager David Moyes desperately needs to strengthen his right-back ranks, with Vladimir Coufal set to turn 31 in August and Ben Johnson proving to be nowhere near good enough for the Premier League.

And it seems as though the Scot has someone specific in mind…

West Ham will have no problem signing Bryan Reynolds

La Repubblica reckon that the Hammers want to sign the 21-year-old this summer, but we could face competition from Fulham for his signature.

It is suggested that could be available for around €7 million (£6 million). I think that would represent terrific value for West Ham.

The youngster joined Roma from FC Dallas in 2021 for around £6 million (Dallas Morning News). And despite not featuring much for the Italian giants, he has impressed during loan spells away from the Italian capital.

In 27 league appearances for Westerlo this season, the young American bagged one goal and two assists and averaged 1.4 tackles, 1.2 interceptions and 1.4 clearances per game. During those outings, he made 38.4 passes per match and has recorded a completion rate of 81.8% (Who Scored).

Chiesa Di Totti describe the American starlet as an ‘exceptional’ young player. Standing at 6ft 3in, he has great height for a full-back, so is really strong in the air, but is very quick along the ground as well.

He has all of the attributes needed to succeed in the Premier League.

And if West Ham manage to sign Bryan Reynolds for just £6 million, I think we’ll have struck a seriously good deal.
