Our predicted MUFC XI for the Premier League away game vs Everton is now in…

Manchester United, fresh off a Europa League win, will look to turn things around in the Premier League following a disappointing derby day.

Next up, a Sunday evening game against Everton. The Toffees have improved recently, though you’d hope that whatever side United put out there, should have more than enough quality to get a positive result.

For me, it’s more about the performance. United absolutely have to send a message out to the fans by playing well here. We need to see Erik ten Hag’s style come out on that football pitch. Quick passing, hard work, and togetherness.

Anyway, our predicted line-up is in for this clash, with the gaffer set to make a few changes from the side that beat Omonia. So let’s get right into it.

David de Gea remains the best goalkeeper option, despite the fact that he’s probably not the ideal fit for this system.

The back four sees one change. Luke Shaw comes into the side after an impressive second half against Omonia in midweek. The Englishman deserves that opportunity. Diogo Dalot keeps his place in the side, while the back two of Lisandro Martinez and Victor Lindelof remain the only fit options in that area of the pitch.

Casemiro will make his full Premier League debut in this one, after getting some minutes in the tank in midweek. He’ll be helped by his compatriot, Fred. The duo have done superbly for their country. So let’s see if they can bring that form to the domestic stage. Bruno Fernandes will play in that #10 spot.

Anthony Martial is back and looking in great knick. Let’s play him here, even if just for a half, to continue with that momentum. I think we’re all in agreement that Antony and Marcus Rashford pretty much pick themselves on the right and left respectively.
