Our predicted MUFC XI for the Premier League home game vs Crystal Palace is now in…

Manchester United Football Club have the chance to return to winning ways in the Premier League tomorrow afternoon, in front of a packed Old Trafford crowd no doubt.

The Red Devils will be hoping to put on a show, proving that their loss to Arsenal was nothing but a blip on the road to success under Erik ten Hag.

Opponents Crystal Palace are not to be underestimated. They’re a top team within their own right, who are capable of beating anyone on their day. With that in mind, United will have to be at their absolute best.

Although games are coming thick and fast, United haven’t really rotated their squad much. No doubt the same thing will happen again here, with the same core of players starting this one. Anyway, let’s get right into the all-important team news.

Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Crystal Palace in full here:
lineup 1

David de Gea will start in between the sticks here, with the superstar Spaniard expecting a busy afternoon no doubt.

The back four, from right to left, reads; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw. This feels like United’s best defensive line when everyone is fit, with that central defensive pairing starting to blossom nicely. No doubt that’ll be helped even further by Varane’s recent international retirement.

Casemiro, AKA Classemiro, has been awesome since arriving at the club. He’s brought that midfield stability that United lacked for many years. He will play here. He’ll have a new face alongside him though; Marcel Sabitzer. The man from Austria is fit enough to make his debut, so why not see what he’s got? Bruno Fernandes will start, slightly further afield.

Anthony Martial appeared off the subs bench in midweek, presumably with a view to coming back into the line-up for this match. The Frenchman has struggled for fitness all term long. Let’s hope those issues are now in the rearview. To his right and left respectively is Antony and Marcus Rashford.
