Jadon Sancho is all set to rejoin the Man United squad next week, upon their return to Carrington.
Manchester United take on Cadiz in a friendly match tomorrow, with Erik ten Hag managing a youthful Red Devils squad for that one.
The idea is to keep players who haven’t headed to the World Cup fit, while also putting in some extra work on the training ground as the gaffer looks to further implement his tactics.
One man who isn’t involved in the Spanish training camp is Jadon Sancho. The Englishman is clearly going through some things in his personal life, with the club placing him on an individual training programme instead.
Now, it’s being reported by the Manchester Evening News that the ‘intention’ is for the star to rejoin the senior squad next week, after working with Dutch coaches recommended by Ten Hag.
Sancho’s on-field struggles have been evident recently, with the Englishman now working hard to right those wrongs within his game and force his way back into the starting line-up. Honestly, you can’t help but admire that attitude.
The article claims that Sancho is ‘brilliant’ when he is trusting of people, though it takes a bit to get to know him as a person. People find that when Sancho is engaged in a conversation, he opens up swiftly.
It’s also stated that Sancho is amongst the most generous when it comes to supporters and signing autographs. Basically, giving off the impression that he always has time for the fans – who helped him get to where he is today.
I’m a sucker for a comeback story. I fully believe Sancho will return to his best before the season is out – he clearly has the right attitude to do just that, and I’m here for it.
