Orkun Kokcu would be a truly outstanding addition for West Ham in the summer transfer window.
According to a report from the Mirror, West Ham boss David Moyes has sent out scouts to watch Orkun Kokcu in action for Feyenoord.
The Hammers desperately need to bolster our central midfield ranks in the summer, with Declan Rice set to leave the London Stadium.

Kokcu is someone who has allegedly been on West Ham’s radar for quite some time now.
And it seems as though the Hammers could be ramping up our interest in signing the 22-year-old star in the making…
Orkun Kokcu would be exceptional for West Ham
If Moyes manages to get a deal done for the 20-capped Turkey international, it would be a real statement from the club.
Kokcu would be one of my first choices to bring in to help replace Rice.
He has been described as a ‘stunning’ player by well-renowned football analytical and scouting website Breaking The Lines. Meanwhile, the Mirror label him as an ‘elite’ talent.
Kokcu is great with both feet, is very agile and tenacious, has an impressive engine and is a superb passer of the football.

In 32 Eredivisie games for Feyenoord last season, the 22-year-old bagged seven goals and nine assists. In those outings, the 20-capped Turkey international averaged 1.3 tackles. He made 70.2 passes per game and recorded an 86.1% completion rate (Who Scored).
This term he has eight goals and one assist to his name in 25 league games (Who Scored). The Feyenoord ace is a technically brilliant, tenacious and hard-working midfielder. He’s absolutely perfect for the Premier League.
Orkun Kokcu would be truly tremendous addition for West Ham.
Feyenoord’s £50 million valuation (talkSPORT) of Kokcu may represent a problem for the Hammers, although we will have big money coming our way when Rice is sold.
However, whether we are able to win the race for his signature this summer remains to be seen.
