Richards Keys has reacted on Twitter to Mark Noble being appointed as the new Sporting Director at West Ham.
Noble will take up his new role at the London Stadium in January.
The 35-year-old spent his entire career at West Ham before retiring from professional football back in May.

Richard Keys raves about Mark Noble
Noble is a hugely popular figure at the London Stadium.
He made his debut for the Hammers way back in 2004 and made only 18 appearances for other clubs during loan spells in 2005 and 2006 with Ipswich Town and Hull City respectively.
And Key believes he’ll be great in his new role back at the club.
The often controversial pundit has had his say on the 35-year-old’s appointment as West Ham’s new Sporting Director.
Keys took to Twitter and shared just how pleased he is to see Noble handed such an important role by the Hammers:
The comments from Richard Keys on Mark Noble prove just how highly respected he is outside of the London Stadium.
Hopefully the Hammers legend will prove to be a huge hit after his takes up his new role in January.
The jury is still very much out on whether West Ham have made the right call by appointing Noble as the club’s new Sporting Director.
However, Richard Keys thinks West Ham have nailed it with their decision on Mark Noble.
