Arsenal play Tottenham this weekend in a massive game that is hotly anticipated by fans of both sides. As such, the ground is ripe for ticket touts and genuine fans being ripped off.

Arsenal have issued a warning to supporters that “tickets are only available through the channels as advertised on Arsenal.com and official Arsenal channels.”

They remind fans that anyone getting tickets from unofficial channels run the risk of being turned away at the ground while they could also face rip-off prices. Fake tickets are also a problem.

Arsenal add, “We work hard to combat this illegal sale of match tickets and share data on touts with other football clubs. In addition, any Arsenal member found to be touting will have their membership cancelled. Every season we are forced to cancel thousands of memberships for this reason.”

Arsenal v Tottenham kicks-off at 12.30pm and fans are advised to travel early due to planned industrial action on the railways.

Tottenham have issued the following guidance – “While the Stansted Express will operate, no other Greater Anglia services will. No London Overground services will be available and Great Northern and Thameslink services will be reduced.

“Supporters are strongly advised to allow plenty of time for their journeys and to plan them in advance via National Rail and Transport for London.

“Industrial action will not affect London Underground services, though a reduced Piccadilly line service will be in operation due to track closures between Heathrow and Acton Town in west London.”
