Ferran Jutglà signed for Club Brugge in the summer for £4.5m, moving on from Barcelona after just one year there.
Despite only being in Belgium for a few months, another move for Jutglà would not be out of character. Since 2015, he has signed for seven clubs, mostly through a series of loans.
With eight goals and five assists in 14 appearances this season, Jutglà is said to have caught the eye of Mikel Arteta who has ‘fallen for him’.

Arsenal will, apparently, watch him closely for the remainder of the season to see how he progresses before they decided if they will make a move.
If he does progress as hoped Arsenal will not be his only suitors. Atletico Madrid are already said to be interested and Jutglà might prefer a return to Spain where he has spent the entirety of his short, yet busy, career.

Still, it is only really this season that Jutglà has broken through into senior football at the top level with his move to Belgium.
Press are talking about him ‘exploding’, in the good way, obviously.
He also made nine appearances for Barcelona, scoring two goals. Those games came between December 2021 and February 2022. Before and after those dates, he was not even in their matchday squad.
One report from Spain writes, “In Barcelona someone will be pulling their hair out, since no option was included.” Presumably that means Barcelona do not have a buy-back clause, although they do have a 10% sell-on fee included.
Jutglà is currently valued at around £6.3m and is under contract until 2027.
He is represented by the You First agency whose most expensive client is PSG’s midfielder, Fabian Ruiz.
